Inner Beauty

Vitality · Inner Beauty

The skin and impression that show on the outside are also shaped by sleep, diet, stress, and hormonal change. Some of this cannot be reached from the outside. The Inner Beauty program aims to address your internal condition alongside external care. We review your nutritional status and daily patterns, and build a supplementation plan limited to the items found lacking.

Recommended for

  • Those who do not feel rested on waking and feel fatigue building up
  • Those with recurring skin trouble alongside a decline in overall condition
  • Those whose nutritional balance has been disrupted by dieting or irregular meals
  • Those taking several kinds of supplements who need them sorted out
  • Those who feel their stamina is slow to return after childbirth or during seasonal changes

Our View

How we see it at Cheongdam Laplace

We start with what you are already takingIf you bring in every supplement and medication you are taking, we first check for overlapping ingredients and interactions. Rather than adding more, we rebuild the plan by trimming duplicates and keeping only the items that are missing.
How you feel moves with your daily patternsSleep hours, caffeine, alcohol, and activity level have a considerable effect on how much supplementation you notice. In the consultation we go over the lifestyle factors that can be adjusted and set a minimum standard to keep during the program.
Lifestyle first, then careMedical Director Park Sang-hyuk does not recommend additional treatment when the consultation and tests show no clear deficiency. In that case, we suggest trying only sleep and dietary adjustments for 4-8 weeks and then checking again.

The process

01

Lifestyle and diet interview

We go through the factors that affect your condition in order, including sleep, meals, activity level, stress, and menstrual cycle.

02

Nutritional assessment

If needed, blood tests are used to check related items such as anemia and ferritin, vitamin D, and thyroid function.

03

Supplementation plan

We choose only the methods needed from oral supplements and injection therapy, set the duration and dose, and lay it out as a schedule for you.

04

Follow-up after the period

After 4-8 weeks we recheck how you feel and the relevant test items, and decide the next step among continuing, adjusting, or stopping.

Frequently asked questions

Will inner beauty care improve my skin?

Skin condition is the result of nutrition, sleep, hormones, and external factors acting together. Internal care is a process of sorting out the factors that can be controlled, so it may help, but it is difficult to say that it alone will resolve every skin concern.

Are oral supplements alone not enough?

We do not assume they fall short. If absorption and adherence are good, oral supplementation alone is often enough. We consider adding injection therapy only when taking supplements is difficult because of stomach problems, or when specific values are found to be low.

Is it possible during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

There are restrictions depending on the ingredient. The items that can be used and the dosage criteria differ during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so please tell us your situation first. We decide whether to proceed after also reviewing your obstetric care.

Precautions and possible side effects

  • Heartburn, nausea, or diarrhea may occur in the early stage of oral supplementation.
  • Constipation or black stools may occur while taking iron supplements.
  • Fat-soluble vitamins carry a risk of accumulating in the body when taken in excess.
  • If you are taking anticoagulants, interactions with omega-3 and vitamin E need to be checked.
  • If injection therapy is included, pain, bruising, or swelling may occur at the injection site, and dizziness or nausea may occur during administration.
  • Rash, itching, and other hypersensitivity reactions may occur rarely, and very rarely a severe hypersensitivity reaction may occur.
  • During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the ingredients and doses that can be used are limited, so a prior consultation is required.

Treatment results may vary depending on individual condition, and side effects may occur. Please confirm the details through a consultation with our medical staff.
